Helen E. De Risi died on Saturday March 6, 2010 at the Baptist Health and Rehabilitation Center in Scotia.

Helen was born in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Michael and Josephine Lencewicz.

Helen is survived by her sisters: Stella Allen, Marion Connors and her husband Bill, and Francis St. John and her husband Joseph; her sister-in-law Rose Lence; her nephews: David and Joseph St. John, Bruce Connors, and George Allen; and her nieces: Donna St. John, Carol Farry, and Nancy Allen.  Helen was predeceased by her husband Christopher A. De Risi; her brother Stanley Lence and her sisters Sadie Tipple and Bernice Lencewicz.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday March 9 from the Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd, Glenville.  There will be no prior calling hours.  Interment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Troy-Schenectady Rd, Niskayuna, NY.

Memorial contributions in Helen’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
